I lie in the snow on my back in the middle of the boundless white desert. Endless round dances of distant stars indifferently reflect in my still eyes. The idea that life is measured by time and space by kilometers seems strange. After all, in my unblinking eyes shine only the immeasurably majestic, boundless, Northern Lights. It obscures the cold veil of the stars with its shimmering pulsation. Unconsciously, I reach for its light. But I cannot catch it. I look over this brilliant crystal of billions of frozen in flight fireflies in every detail, and still cannot touch it. How cannot I touch my dream snake? It is always close and always infinitely far away.
